Statement of Faith

We, the House of Revival Ministry, dedicate ourselves to faithfully proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ in obedience to the Great Commission as commanded in Matthew 28:19. Our Statement of Faith is anchored in the truth revealed in the Bible as our ultimate guide and authority.

  1. We believe in one true God, existing eternally in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – each fully possessing the attributes of Deity and personality.
  2. Jesus Christ is God incarnate, born of a virgin through the miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit, fully Divine and fully human, living a sinless life, and atoning for the sins of humanity through His sacrificial death on the cross.
  3. Christ rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is the mediator between God and humanity, making intercession for believers.
  4. Man, created in the image of God, fell into sin, bringing divine condemnation upon all mankind, rendering them unable to please God without regeneration by the Holy Spirit.
  5. Salvation is solely by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by human works or ceremonies. Believers are justified by faith, receiving the imputed righteousness of Christ.
  6. The Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, indwells, and seals believers, empowering them to live a life bearing fruit to the glory of God.
  7. The Church, comprising all believers, is called to gather for worship, ordinances, edification, and mutual encouragement.
  8. Believers are assured of salvation through faith in Christ alone, produced by the witness of the Holy Spirit and confirmed in God’s word.
  9. At physical death, believers enter eternal fellowship with the Lord, awaiting the resurrection to everlasting glory, while unbelievers face eternal separation and judgment.
  10. Christ will return to fulfill the eternal plan of God, and believers are commissioned to proclaim the Gospel to all nations.
  11. The Bible, Old and New Testaments, is the infallible Word of God, revealing God’s nature, will, man’s duty, and destiny.
  12. We affirm one God in three Persons, Jesus Christ’s virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and imminent return.
  13. The Holy Spirit, distinct from the Father and Son, convicts and regenerates, enabling believers to live godly lives.
  14. Man, created in God’s image, falls into sin and is justified by faith in Christ alone, receiving eternal life through the work of the Holy Spirit.
  15. Those who persistently reject Christ face eternal separation from God and judgment for their rebellion.
  16. The Church, the body and bride of Christ, consists of all regenerated believers.
  17. We acknowledge the existence of a personal devil, ultimately to be judged and condemned.
  18. The Holy Spirit enables believers to live godly lives, evidenced by good works, incompatible with persistent, egregious sin.
  19. We uphold biblical marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman, the only legitimate context for a sexual relationship.

In affirmation of these truths, we commit ourselves to faithful proclamation, discipleship, and obedience to the Word of God, to the glory of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
